Vision Statement
To know God in His full glory and to make His glory fully known.
Mission Statement
To be the heart and hands of Christ to the ends of the earth.
The clearest picture of the heart and hand of God is seen in the person and work of Jesus Christ. Himself being fully God and Fully man.
The Heart– God desires to be ultimately loving and relational with us. Our response is to reciprocate relationship with Him and to manifest His love to all creation.
The Hands– The hand of our Father is shown by His tangible glory and presence though signs, wonders and miracles. We partner with His hands by witnessing His glory, experiencing his presence, and manifesting his power in our own lives and interactions with others.
What We Believe
Bylaws
of
Into the Glory Ministries
Preamble
Recognizing that God has called His people to meet, worship, and serve together in structured ways which the New Testament refers to as local churches, and that it is God’s desire that all things be done decently and in order (1 Corinthians. 14:40), we, the Elders of Into the Glory Ministries, have set forth the following Bylaws as a basis for that structure and order.
Our paradigm for function is like that of a family. While we recognize that Bylaws are necessary for proper order, we also affirm that the attitudes of love, honor, and respect are the true foundation for any healthy group of people who seek to fulfill God’s purpose.
Purpose
This congregation is organized as a church exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Revenue Law), for such purposes including, but not limited to, worship, fellowship, discipleship, evangelism, and service. Into The Glory Ministries is a contemporary expression of the New Testament Church. Our desire is to imitate, experience, and live out the reality of Christ’s presence in the way the ‘Acts’ church did. Scripture paints a picture of a church committed to five primary purposes: worship, fellowship, discipleship, evangelism, and service. All of these previous points mentioned helps to train and equip the saints for the works of ministry.
These purposes are drawn from the two directives given by Jesus Himself, the Great Commandment (Mark 12:28-34) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
It is our stated objective to call people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus and to live out the values and realities of the book of Acts.

Statement of Faith
We believe that there is only one true God who is the eternal King, Creator, and Redeemer of all that is. He is perfectly holy, just, loving, and truthful. He has revealed Himself to be eternally self-existent – one being in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God.
We believe that humankind was created in the image of God to know and enjoy Him, yet we willfully rejected the Lordship and glory of God for which we were intended. Because of this, sickness, death, and judgment entered the world and now creation experiences the effects and consequences of sin.
We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the one and only begotten Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and is God’s Anointed One, empowered by the Holy Spirit to inaugurate God’s kingdom on earth. He was crucified for our sins, died, was buried, resurrected, and ascended into heaven, and is now alive today in the presence of God the Father and in His people. He is “true God” and “true man.”
We believe that we are saved by God’s grace, through faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ. Anyone can be restored to fellowship with God through repenting, believing, and receiving Jesus as their Savior and Lord. The Holy Spirit convicts, regenerates, justifies, sanctifies, and adopts us as we enter the kingdom of God as His sons and daughters.
We believe in the ongoing, sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by who’s indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life and minister super-naturally. The baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 1:4-8 and 2:4, is poured out on believers that they might have God’s power to be His witnesses.
We believe in consistent encounters with the Holy Spirit’s, presence, person, power and gifts throughout the whole journey of the believer.
We believe in the victorious, redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides freedom from the power of the enemy – sin, lies, sickness, and torment. We believe Jesus still heals the sick, does deliverance and raises the dead.
We believe that the Church consists of all who put their faith in Jesus Christ. He gave His Church the ordinances of baptism and communion. The Church exists to carry on the ministry of Jesus Christ and further advance His kingdom by undoing the works of the enemy, preaching and living the good news of God’s love, and discipling the nations – baptizing and teaching them to love and obey God.
We believe in all the 5-fold offices mentioned in Ephesians 4:11-16.
We believe in the ever-increasing government of God and in the Blessed Hope, which is the glorious, visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to rule and reign with His overcoming bride – the Church.
We believe that heaven and hell are real places. There will be a resurrection of the lost and the saved, the one to everlasting death and the other to everlasting life.
Ordinances
We believe and practice 2 primary New Testament Ordinances. First, Baptism by immersion in water is administered to all who profess faith in Christ. It is an outward declaration of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus and the new life that becomes ours as a result of faith in Him. Second, we regularly celebrate the Lord’s Supper (Communion) as taught in the Scriptures.
Governance Values
Into The Glory Ministries has the right to govern itself according to the principles of the Bible. It is the intent of Into The Glory Ministries to function less like an institution and more like a family. We recognize that families seek relational solutions to problems and not political ones, however, we also realize that leadership processes must be defined and clear.
The ultimate goal of the leadership processes of Into The Glory Ministries is the implementation and obedience to the specific will of Jesus defined through the Bible, the leading of the Holy Spirit, and the agreement of this community of faith.
Into The Glory Ministries recognizes the biblical authority, divine calling, and unique training of the Lead Pastor and pastoral staff. As such, the Lead Pastor and pastoral staff shall provide the vision, do the planning, oversee the ministry, and develop the proposed budget of the church.
The goal of Pastoral Leadership is to equip the church for ministry in keeping with the purpose of the ministry gifts listed in Ephesians e4:11-16. When those with ministry gifts are empowered to lead, the entire body is built up, unified, and reaches the fullest measure of its sonship in Christ.
The Eldership team oversees the day to day management of the finances, staffing, strategic plan and ministries of the Church.
We are currently located in Des Monies, Iowa

Growing up in North Jackson, PA, Jesus stirred my heart throughout my upbringing until he fully revealed himself to me in an encounter at a bible study when I was 17 years old. Now at 32 years old, I have 7 years of experience being mentored and trained for ministry. I spent 3 years in a discipleship house at City Lights Church in Scranton, PA learning how to pastor a church body and growing in prophetic experience. During that time, I also started up and led a local youth group, “Scattered” for a year before passing it on to other leaders. After that season, I spent a year at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Cleveland, OH where I learned a greater value for God’s presence and solidified my internal world in a journey of maturity. During that year I also met my wife, Katie, and we married in June 2018. Shortly after our wedding, we felt the Lord prompt us to move to Waco, TX promising that He would allow us to walk in an authentic move of the glory of God. I have always felt called to build up the church in America as a Prophet as well as to see the lame walk, the dead raise, the sick healed and those held in bondage set free, wherever the Lord sends me. My greatest passion and purpose life is to nurture the character and calling of believers through discipleship so that children of God grow into mature sons of God.
Currently we pastor a house church in Des Moines, Iowa. I am also a successful life coach.

I am grateful to have known Jesus for most of my life. I will never forget going to a harvest party when I was 3 years old, hearing the alter call and knowing that I just had to go forward, formally giving my life and opening my heart to the Lord. My life verse is John 1:5 “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” Jesus is the light, and He has also made me that light. Nothing and no one has ever been able to extinguish me no matter what life and Lucifer have tried to throw my way. And Jesus will always be King. From the age of 5 I have spent almost every season of my life volunteering or ministering in some capacity of the church be it 20+ years serving in children’s ministry, my first job as one of the janitors at my childhood church, going overseas in mission, attending, and serving in about every area during ministry school, as well as planting multiple churches and prayer groups. In 2018 I both married my husband, Robert, and saw the Lord birth Into the Glory Ministries. In the first 3 years of our marriage, we lived in 4 states, birthed 2 babies (Mercy and Benaiah), and have found ourselves planted in Iowa as of March 2020. We arrived 2 weeks before Covid shut everything down and by His grace, the Lord led us to establish House of Acts Church out of our home in the middle of a pandemic. Over the years our Gospel has become a purer gospel- we sound more like our Father every day. And we look more like Him too. It’s in our hearts to see the enslaved set free, the lost found, the church built up and to wake up to their sonship, living out their inheritance.
